    I just banged out the OS portion of the A+ today and now i'm certified....booyah!

    I found a lot of customer service related questions...like if you couldn't lift a monitor or something what would you do?

    a few hardware questions...generally about what IRQ, DMA, and IO are used for...I say if you studied well for the hardware exam...then the hardware questions on the OS will be no problem.

    so upset! I was all hyped about taking the test.....then to come find out the testing center was closed when i got there. taking it next sat.
