The cost/GB still puts it out of consideration for me at least, but it will be nice if improvements can be made and the cost could come down.

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,088 AdminThe i-RAM is a lot faster than current Flash memory solutions, but it's not as inexpensive or transportable like a USB Flash drive is. It's also not persistent storage like Flash memory. i-RAM seems to be targeted for applications which require extremely fast access to a 4GB hard disk. If memory prices shoot up again, that'll kill the market for solid state hard drives like this.
