I have a client trying to simple insert some clipart and she gets the following error.

The message indicates that the component file is missing, corrupt, or its Windows Registry information is missing or damaged. Has she tried reinstalling the software, or running the software installer's repair feature?

I ran the repair option and un-installed and re-installed the program but it still failed.
Problem solved - I had to un-install teh program can make sure everything was gone from the registry and re loaded the program and then it worked fine.GO STEELERS GO - STEELERS RULE -
