The file TXOBJ32.DLL is missing or invalid

I have a client trying to simple insert some clipart and she gets the following error.

The file TXOBJ32.DLL is missing or invalid.

Does anyone know why and how to repair this issue?

Using what program? Have you Googled the error message and found any tech support reports?

yeppers - I have googled the error and it seems to be a TX Text Control issue but doesn't offer any help in fixing the problem.

She was making a newsletter. I am not positive of the program she was using.

It looks like a text object component used to create a software application. The message indicates that the component file is missing, corrupt, or its Windows Registry information is missing or damaged. Has she tried reinstalling the software, or running the software installer's repair feature?

Hi JD - thanks for the suggestions.

I ran the repair option and un-installed and re-installed the program but it still failed.

Problem solved - I had to un-install teh program can make sure everything was gone from the registry and re loaded the program and then it worked fine.

Yes, the Windows registry information for the program or that specifically component was trashed. A good registry cleaning can work wonders.
