Exchange Server 2003 Trial

Does anyone know if there's anywhere I can get the Exchange 2003 trial software? On the MS site you can now only get 2007 trial.

I have just recieved my MOC 2400c courseware but there is no CD included and I'd really like a way to carry out the practices.

I've contacted Microsoft and they've told me it's no longer available. This seems really pathetic if you can't even get a copy to complete their training courses!!

This book didn't exactly get great reviews, but it does include a 120 eval of E2K3.
