problem upgrading to windows xp pro

I am trying to upgrade my OS to WIndows XP Pro but I get getting this error that says it can't copy asq2tgfa.sys file to the C:\$WIN_NT$.~BT\asq2tgfa.sys folder because it doesn't exist. I just reinstall windows xp home complete and just want to upgrade from that. Does anyone know what to do?
