I want to see if anyone new of any good PC diagnotic tools. Recently passed the A+ exam and am looking to start a part time PC business on the side to supplement my full time job of a telecommunications Engineer. I have minimal hands on expereince with PC repair and was told there were some PC diagnotic tools that I could use to help me with succesfully troubleshotting PC's in a minimal amount of time. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance and a Happy New Year to al!!

sthomas Member Posts: 1,240 ■■■□□□□□□□One thing you will run into alot is spyware. I use Windows Defender, Ad-Aware, hijack this, and Spybot Search and Destroy to remove spyware. I also use AVG Free edition for customers who do not want to purchase Anti-Virus software.Working on: MCSA 2012 R2

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,089 AdminAre you interested in hardware diagnostics tools too? The first hardware test tool I'd invest in is a power supply tester. So many mysterious PC problems are caused by PSUs which are in a marginal state of operation, but have not actually failed.
