New Exam Question

When is the new exam going into effect? I passed the A+ Hardware about 6 months ago, I failed the OS test with a 495 a month later. I now want to take the OS again, but will it be the same exam (2003 obj) or will it be the new 06? IF its the 06 will I have to take the Hardware and Software? Sorry if its a repost I searched but my internet is acting goofy.
