I just took the techexams online practice exam for the INTRO, how close are those 35 questions to the real exam? Are there that many cabling questions on it?

Paul Boz Member Posts: 2,620 ■■■■■■■■□□The exam doesn't out and out say "what type of cable do you use in this situation." Instead, it expects you to know how to cable a network correctly by requiring you to cable the lab, or asking you something like "Router 1 can't talk to router B, and they're connected with x type of cable, what is the problem?" The answer could be the cable, subnet, protocols, interface being shut, etc.
I'm not giving you the test format or test answers, I'm just trying to get you thinking like the test is laid out. It's a test that really pushes your understanding of the technology as a whole, not regurgitated facts.CCNP | CCIP | CCDP | CCNA, CCDA
