I've upgraded win2000 sever to win2003 server and i have some problem, I make a connecttion to connect internet, when connecting the computer auto restart after 60 second. What must I do now,

Sounds like that balster worm.
I would try enabling your firewall then get the microsoft updates. You may need to filter tcp port 135 also, not sure I have never been hit with that worm.
If it isn't the virus might be some sort of conflict, but doesn't seem possible. Might try 'right click' My Computer -> startup and recovery -> uncheck automatically restart.
Usually that happens when you get an incompatable driver and doesn't give a warning time, is usually a cyclical reboot.

this derfinitely sounds like the blaster worm to me too! when it starts to do its shut down, open cmd.exe and type shutdown /a
that will stop the shutdown sequence. Then you can perform the necessary tasks to get that worm off of your computer
