It should be in your "Add/Remove Programs".

The uninstall is under C:\WINDOWS\ie7\spuninst, double-click on spunist.exe, make sure to Turn on "Show hidden files and folders" or you will not see the ie7 folder in the Windows directory.
    Working on: MCSA 2012 R2

It a little hard to find. I think it's actually listed as "Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 7" or "Windows Internet Explorer 7". It's not easy to spot since it doesn't begin with "I".
However, it may not have been listed for some reason, I just thought I would mention it.

It's listed as "Windows Internet Explorer 7" in Add/Remove Programs. Why they choose to list it as that rather than "Internet Explorer 7" or "Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 7" I have no idea.

When you uninstall IE7 does it give you an option to restore IE6?

You could also do a system restore to the system checkpoint before you installed IE7

start - run - helpctr click OK

    search for system restore
    run system restore wizard
select checkpoint you want to restore to

When it is uninstalled you are left with IE6. There is nothing you have to do to get it back.
