Cost of a cisco NM-4A/S 4?

Guys/gals, question for you. I am going through the process of building my lab as indicated in my intro on another post in this forum. So i did buy some flash ( good deal at that ). Now my question is how much should i pay for a cisco NM-4A/S 4 & the same applies for an ethernet 4 slot module. I see them going on ebay for 60-80 bux a pop, so more like around a 100 bux with shipping.
