Anyone know? MS 2nd Chance offer

"Hopefully" it's about that time of year again. Anyone have any information about the MS 2nd Chance offer for 2007. Last year it started around Mid February.

Got my MCSA last time, now time for some upgrade tests.

The only time that Microsoft offers a second chance promotion is when they make a change to one of the exams (or a series). I wouldn't not look for another similar promotion for a long time since they have done so relatively recently.
