Getting your router/switch to adjust to DST used to be a simple as adding the command "clock summer-time zone recurring".
With the new DST start date, you need to key in the following:
"clock summer-time zone recurring 2 Sun Mar 2:00 1 Sun Nov 2:000"
For zone, you would plug in EDT for the US Eastern Standard Time zone (as an example).
This applies to the USA, I'm not sure what other locales are doing with DST
