Certification courses?

Does anyone know of any good online instructor led certification courses. I seem to learn more when someone is explaining things to me then when I just read it all from a book. Any ideas to get me started I'm going to start with A+, Net+ and work my way to MCSE. Thanks for your help.

    I've used Digital Think via my company. I'm not sure if it's available for individual use, but if so, it's pretty good.
