Passed 272, now officially MCDST
Passed 272 today with a score of 836, much better than 271 score!
There were a lot of questions regarding Remote Desktop, SP 2 and some on OE, IE and Word (toolbars, customizarion etc.) But be prepared for Remote Desktop and SP 2 questions as there were a lot of those!
I used Sybex study guide and the info on SP 2 was nil, so use other sources if possible like Windows XP Inside Out by Ed Bott was a great reference or MS websites (technotes) and practice questions from www.certquest.net, I used that book for my Networking classes last year, very big book though (1000 + pages).
Very helpful info on SP2 and Remote Desktop and Assistance. I also feel one should have at least min. 1-2 years experience using an XP system to be able to understand a lot of the questions (hands on is always helpful, I know in my case that's the only way I can learn)
Anyways on to Security and Network+ next month.
