Cisco Configuration Sheet

Hi, I am just playing around with my routers after about, oh, a month. And I found a completely forgot all my configurations and passwords.

Anyhow, I had to **** the config...

So I guess the question I have is, does anyone have a good configuration worksheet. Like a Word Document, that reads off the vital information I need to know the next time I come into that router.

Host name:
e0:10.0.0.1/24
s0: 10.0.1.1 /24
IOS: 10.4

so on..
Something professional looking.

Forgetting your passwords are a great excuse to practice your password recovery skills, and then once your in, a simple "sh run" will show all the relevant config

Typically you will alwyas want to use a non configured "sh run" per each router as a blank template for editing configs, some configurations are IOS dependant. Some commands can cause issues....
