listing your current employer on yor resume

when your looknig for another job do you list your curent employer on your resume??

I'm thinking for leaving the company I'm with not because I don't like the company but because Im' not maknig enough to enjoy life

but everyone in IT around here sems ot know each other and I don't really want word to get back to my boss about me begining to look for work.
