I have just got a 1750 router and a VIC-2FXS card. I cannot see the card when I do a show diag. I am under the assumption that the IOS needs updating...does anyone have any ideas about this ?

I haven't tried Dynamips/Dynagen for the Voice stuff yet -- but I think someone posted they were running CallManager Express with it. I think anything that doesn't need the Voice Modules is fair game for Dynamips.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -

There are no simulated Voice modules for Dynamips, so you'd still need some real routers for the voice ports. The PVDM for the 1750 may be cheaper than buying a 26xx or 36xx and the NM-1V or NM-2V you'd need to use that VIC-FXS.:mike: Cisco Certifications -- Collect the Entire Set! -
