Could you guys guide me here about the exact changes in the cisco material in the 642-801 and 642-901. Also the recomended reading sources for the changes in the exam. I will be very gratefull to you for such kind of help.

Exact changes? Reading list for changes?
If you had been studying for the old exams, you probably should have made a copy of the old exam blueprints to compare to the new exam blueprints.
From that comparison, you could then lookup the "changes" in the Cisco Online Documentation if you didn't want to buy the new Cisco Press books for the exams (whenever they all come out).
