Besides, many enterprises are going to continue using XP for a long time yet, and even 2000 Professional. We have only been deploying XP Pro on workstations for the last 6 months. We tested for the year before starting that. There are always a lot of compatibility bugs to kill after Microsoft gets done with their patching efforts. So, IMO. stay with the XP prep.
