Nvidia dualtv

I bought a Nvidia dual tv tuner card and my computer will not recognize it. I am running vista ultimate 64 bit. I tried to install the vista 64 bit drivers but it wont let me something about running a 32 bit uninstaller on a 64 bit system. Can anyone help.

is the tv tuner 64bit? otherwise you have to install the 32bit driver.
