RIS like Sysprep?

So RIPrep works like sysprep in that it prepares an XP computer for imaging? Must you use Ghost to make an image and put it on the server for your clients to pull?

The only real difference is Sysprep does its magic, then you boot into an imaging utility such as Ghost or Acronis and capture an image. With Riprep, it does its magic, then it creates an image and replicates that image over to the RIS server you specify when running Riprep.“For success, attitude is equally as important as ability.” - Harry F.
