Juniper
JNCIA Exam - passed
seraphus
I just passed my JNCIA yesterday. 90/100.
I used the free Sybex, and the Boson exams (which were kinda of overkill,
but really worth it!).
Moving on to the CCNA.... again (sigh)

ooooooooo nice nice nice man!!
first pass in the Juniper forum, you'll make the history!
i'm still messing with Olive.
later on this year i'll take the test, how was it overall ???
seraphus
Thanks!
I felt like it was not that difficult, compared to the CCNA
per se. Of couse I don't want to mislead anyone into taking
it prematurely. I think one could be prepared by
thoroughly
using
the Sybex book.
I still haven't built an Olive yet, and will not go for the
JNCIS until I have one.

hmm
Let me ask you something, were there a lot of command line questions or JunOS questions if any at all?

NetworkGod:
Of course my postings are vague due to the NDA.
I will say this, however...topics include:
BGP
OSPF
IS-IS
RIP
RIP2
MPLS
Hardware: M/T series Routers
JUNOS
(to name a few)
There are questions with regards to command line as any other
exam vendor, namely Cisco, would have. The difficulty in answering those
questions depends on preparation. If you're using an Olive, you will
probably breeze through this thing. Hope this helps.
