congrats! So what was your formula for success?
sprinkl3s
formula to success : experience in the networking field, the technotes from this site.

Thanks for the heads up! How intense were the troubleshooting questions, if you had any? Were they fairly easy "common sense" questions or did they involve some thought? After reviewing the technotes I'm thinking that aside from having to memorizing things like ports and cable lengths, not knowing the intensity of the troubleshooting knowledge they expect is making me a bit uneasy.

I passed yesterday too. I found the questions really basic and the exam was way easier than I thought. I only had to know basic basic stuff about each topic and for some reason I had a bunch of questions just on MAC addresses and firewalls. There were maybe 5 troubleshooting questions but I recognized the answers right away based on study guides I had read (ie sybex).

if you have networking experience in a support environment you will do fine on the troubleshooting... just make sure you read the questions carefully....
i would have to agree the test was wayyyyyyyyyyy easier then i thought it was going to be.
