Hey Guys, not really an exam question.......

Has anyone here ever configured exchange resources ? I am trying to come up with some type of schema for booking meeting rooms in exchange for our company and all 1200 users.

I am wondering if using exchange resources is the best method for this ?

We just create a public folder for calender items and make the secretary the owner. They email requests for booking the room(s) and she enters them in the calender. Everyone has read access to it, and whoever is invited to the meeting gets the meeting requests so you know who is scheduled to come, etc.
