OK, i have been cramming, then today in my desperation to do more questions to make sure i am adept at everything. I asked a guy from my course and he sent me some. I think they were bad but they have thrown me into slight disarray.
Can someone just clarify the following.
One of the questions involved micro segmentation but i have never come across it before. The question referred to it as a technology, after looking up its meaning it sounds more like what a switch does by default. Has anyone else come across micro segmentation, can you give me any information about it?
Refering to STP, is there any way to know if a router is running STP or Rapid STP? If so what show command displays this information?
To be honest i think thats about it, i have to study some more on OSI functions, route summerization and STP but i can do this myself. Help on the above would be greatly appreciated

GeorgeMcFly22 Member Posts: 109Micro-segmentation is indeed one host per port on a switch.
So every host is in his proper collision domain.
For STP i'm not sure if you could see this with the "show spanning-tree" command.
