Installing SQL 2000 error

When i try to install SQL 2000 on a 2003 server i get an error message saying:
SQL Server 2000 SP2 nad below is not supported by this version of windows.
I am trying to install SQL on a Win 2003 server. Any ideas?

Make sure your local security policy for (Local Policies>Security Options) "Devices: Unsigned driver installation behavior" is set to "silently succeed" rather than the default of "warn but allow".
Then go ahead and install it, then apply the latest SP.
