interview at RIM

I've been given the oppurtunity to interview at RIM for a Blackberry Enterprise server with Micrsoft Exchange position

the interview is 1.5 weeks away and I want to be well prepared as the company I'm currently working for is having issues and alot of people are talking about leaving.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of material I should read for this interview

I have installed BES on Exchange and i've activated BlackBerry Devices

but I do need to brush up on this.

any suggestions on things I need to have down pat for this type of interview

I loathe RIM. The entire organization is run by co-op students..I don't know why you'd want to work there anyways. But from the interview that I had with them and from what I've heard all my friends say, the interviews are very technical. Expect scenario-based questions of increasing difficulty. Just study hard before you go into the interview and you'll be alright
