hi

To verify that EFS increases the size of the encrypted file , I tried something like this:
set a quota entry on volume X for a user account (say UserA) with a limit of 3 KB (UserA actually uses 2KB of his allowed disk space) make sure you checked the "limit disk space..." check box. log on as UserA and create a folder on volume X, and within create a file. modify the folder's attributes to make it encrypted (files and subfolders too).
When I clicked OK, Windows says something like "unable to write ...".
So even if i can not see a change in encrypted files' size, i still can demonstrate it! icon_wink.gif
