train signal

I recently got a copy of Train Signal cd's from a friend, where it is a the entire network+ course in video. I just want to know if anyone has used Train Signal before and how did it work for them and if they recommend studyin from the cd alone, or studying from a network + book instead?

    I'm currently using the Train Signal's Network+ CBT and I think it's really good. Well, I'll know for sure after I take the exam in a couple of weeks. For me it holds my attention longer than just reading a book. I also like the way Chris (instructor) breaks things down.

    I'm thinking of getting the CCNA CBT as well. icon_confused.gif
