Capturing video
I would like to create a project for my CCNA class about cisco security, and was thinking of doing something similar to CBT nuggets (not a complete rip-off). I was wondering what I would need to use to capture my screen as a video while speaking into a microphone. In essence, how is this accomplished?

Are you using Windows, OS X, or Linux? The application everyone on the Mac uses for this is Final Cut Pro. For Linux I've heard good things about pyvnc2swf, but I've never used it myself. And for Windows Camtasia Studio is the best for making computer-based training material. -
