URL:mailto protocol
I have a user who is trying to click an email link on a webpage and it opens up a bunch of IE windows instead of a new message in Outlook 2003. I narrowed the problem down to the computer missing the URL:mailto protocol.
Under Explorer go to TOOLS > FOLDER OPTIONS > FILE TYPES...it should be listed there. Does anybody know how to add this? I've been searching Google but haven't found anything good yet. I never messed with this before so it's all new to me...any help would be greatly appreciated.
