Recently took the ONT for CCNP which covers Autoqos, MQC and NBAR so only studied for 8 hours on the day of the exam(even though I passed I don't recommend this)
Used the course notes from the testing centre and 2 3550s plus a 2600.
Quite a few questions regarding frame relay(know FECN/BECN and FRF.12). Also questions on QPPB which is not even listed as an exam topic on the Cisco website.

Congratulations!
I learned enough QoS studying for the "old CCNP" to probably pass the QoS exam.... but I'm glad I read the Odom QoS book and spent more time studying QoS.
Looking at the requirements for QoS on the "new CCNP" I still think they should just have added the QoS exam to the CCNP (along with one of the CCSP exams and maybe CVOICE from the CCVP
