can i take the 640-801 rather then taking the 640-607 ?

Hi,

I have registered for the CCNA 640-607 before the 30th of sep and my exam is scheduled for 11th of nov ,which ic the last day to take this exam.Somehow I don't feel like taking the exam right now. Is it possible for me to take the new version of CCNA . How much is the fees? What will happen to the fees which I have already paid for the 640-607???

Please let me know ASAP.

The exam costs the same, but I have a feeling Cisco won't let you reschedule to take the new exam only because the exam nr. is different.

thanks for the response. Anyways ,I had to cancel the exam and now I will be registering for the new one sometime later.
