Best way to get your A+
Hello,
Can I ask you all a quick question?
I am working for my CCNA, but I also want to get my A+, and I was just wondering what people consider to be the best method for getting the A+.
Would it be best to subscribe to a website, and work through the material on the site, or would it be best to get the book(s) and work at it yourself? Is there an advantage to subscribing to a site?
Also, about how many hours of study are needed, in general, for the A+.
I hope I am not asking silly questions, im just starting to look into the A+
Thanks for your help
Sean.

Vask3n Member Posts: 517No worries. I personally like using the books, I passed A+ using the Exam Cram (highly recommended). Ive heard that Mike Meyers' book was good as well, but I haven't really taken a look at it too much. I think Exam Cram does a better job at focusing on the exam itself.
It took me about 2 months (rough estimate), with a little studying here and there. If you really sit down and commit yourself entirely, I guess you could easily pass it in about a week and a half. Good luck on your CCNA/A+.Working on MS-ISA at Western Governor's University
