Acces Point Configuration

I have to configure a access point to connect 10 laptops to a wire network. Our wire network consist of a Windows 2003 Server Domain. The laptops users should authenticate to their active directory accounts.

I have an idea but is the first time I will be configuring a access point.

How I should configure the access point?

Thanks

What you are suggesting is a very common setup. Most companies that are Windows shops with an Active Directory infrastructure deploy PEAP since it is built into the Windows client.

Here is a link to the how to set this up from Microsoft:
    http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/guidance/cryptographyetc/peap_0.mspx

On the AP, you will need to set it up for WPA(2)-Enterprise and point it to the server running IAS (RADIUS). The authentication passes through the AP, so their is very little you need to configure on it, most of the configuration takes place within IAS on your Windows Server.
