Power protecting Lab Equipment

I was wondering what do most people use for protecting their lab equipment. The problem I have, is that currently I have about 12 networking devices (routers, switches, isdn sim etc) and the equipment is growing fast!. To protect this, I currently use a Belkin Surge protector tower which protects against 10 devices - but I dare not power them all on at the same time in case it overloads the socket! I'm not really sure if this kind of protection is suitable.
Given the equipment I have, what would you guys advise as to how I should protect the equipment without worrying about overloading the amps. I've briefly looked into UPS devices, but they have only a few outlets where you can plug the devices into??

There may be more out there, just have to look. Hope this helps. -
Rearden Member Posts: 222Do Cisco routers/switches draw a lot of juice? I'll be living in an oldish house this summer and I'm a bit concerned with all of my PCs and now adding 6 or 7 pieces of gear on top of that.More systems have been wiped out by admins than any cracker could do in a lifetime.
