Cisco IOS image

Where can people with no access to Cisco.com software downloads get Cisco IOS images?
I know Ebay is a start, but is there another vendor which is cheaper and preferred?

I bought 3 routers off of ebay.
2 had iso's and 1 didnt.

I just put the better of the 2 on all 3 routers.

Cant say ive got a good place to recommend purchasing them.

There is a free Illegal Program program called MODERATED you can use as well. The trial version enables you to download most IOS images except the more current IOS versions.

you could buy a router or switch from ciscokits and get a disk with various IOS's...
