Howdy, all:

This one might be more for the manager types amongst us.

Does anyone know of good reference materials online regarding metrics for desktop support/help desk employees? I sense deep conversation looming at my office this year regarding this topic, as I'm not sure everyone involved has had access to good materials for this. I'm especially interested in performance review-related materials. Thanks.
