Unable to open MMC

I am running a Windows Server 2003 SP1 DC.
I receive an error message when i try and open any MMC. It says:
MMC cannot open the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\dsa.msc.
This may be because the file does not xist, is not an mmc console, or was created by a later version of mmc. This may also be because you do not have sufficient access rights to the file.
How can i find out the version of mmc? Maybe i need to install R2?

WanBoy67 Member Posts: 225dsa.msc is the Active Directory Users & Computers MMC. It's missing by the looks of things. Try installing the Server 2003 Administration Pack.
