That's the list of objectives for what you need to know to pass the test. My best piece of advice would take that list, divide up all the topics by the section, and then study study study. Make notes for each lil section that you can clearly understand and fit well within what is told through the books you'll need for the study purposes of that test. Best of luck to ya.
