Outlook Web Access setup test secondary site

I want to test forms based authentication with Outlook Web Access but I would like to do so in a test environment. Unfortunately I don't have the resources to set it up.

Is there a relatively easy way to duplicate the current Exchange OWA site on the production server just using a different port. Is it possible to setup a second Web site on the server, copy the data from the default site/ owa site and then connect to that new url for testing. I don't even need to the data to be live.

If anyone has tried this or something similar let me know.
