70-285 Text book

I read on the MS site that there is no text book released for the design exchange 2003 exam. What material can be used? is it worth while reading through 70-284 text book again for this exam? or are there other text books out there for 70-285?

CBT Nuggets has training videos for the 70-285 exam and there's a training CD on Amazon, but it seems there still is not a single book written for the 70-285 exam. And considering the new 2007 exams are available, I don't think anyone will publish a book for the 2003 design exam in the future.
