Computer parts
If you are building a PC where are you buying your parts from? I'm looking for a place that has good prices and service.
I don't want to get into ordering parts from a lot of different places for the best price. The last time I did that I ended up having problems with my card when one of the vendors was hacked.

JDMurray Admin Posts: 13,089 AdminUse price comparison services like www.pricewatch.com and www.pricegrabber.com to find the best prices. You'll end up buying your parts from 5-10 different Web stores, but you'll save just about the most money that you can on exactly the parts that you want. If it's more important to you to get most of your parts from a single, reliable source that has fast delivery, then I recommend www.newegg.com. I use NewEgg all the time for purchasing hardware and am quite happy with their service.

Also, another possibility would be http://www.tigerdirect.com. I've heard mixed reviews from them; some people have no complaints, others hate the site with a passion (but that's to be expected in all things). I dealt with them once, and I had no problems. Just be sure that there are no Tigerdirect stores in Pennsylvania, otherwise you'll be paying sales tax on the orders."Facts are meaningless. They can be used to prove anything!"
