windows 2k page file drive C or extended partition?
LETHALAI
To increase performance I heard I should put the pagefile for windows 2000 on an extended partition, not the partition that the OS is on. Is this a good idea?

The recommendation is actually to put it on a separate hard drive. Depending on the size, file system and amount of free space, it can improve performance if you move it to another partition.
