Resume update question

I'm currently employed, but believe in keeping my CV up to date (just in case )
My question - I've been working the past 6 months as a temp-to-perm for a company that is contracted by a large corporation for IT services. The contractor likes me, and is about to hire me full time. How do I list the six months on my resume? As a sub-contractor, or as temp-to-hire?
My problem - I detest the agency that got me the position. While I'm grateful that I landed the job, this agency has been nothing but a headache. I've had 4 payroll disputes with them over the course of my "project", haven't been kept informed of my status, etc. etc. Do I name the agency in my CV, or what is the "proper" way to include this period. (BTW, when I DO get hired, hopefully within a week or two, I intend to write the agency head and politely tell them they s***)

StatusOfEmployment -> MyOfCompany (via Agency) -> Dates
Contracted to Microsoft (via tempagency) Jan 2007 to June 2007
That's the way I do it anyway, other's may do it differently
