RIS answer be placed where?

Where should an ris answer file created by setup manager be placed on the RIS Server. For a cd-based image deployment. Which folder location should it be placed in.

Assuming "RISSERVER" is your RIS server, and "WINDOWSXPSP2" is your CD-based image;

\\RISSERVER\REMINST\Setup\English\Images\WINDOWSXPSP2\i386\templates

will contain the file "ristndrd.sif", which is your answer file (containing Drivers path, Product ID, etc)

For images that are RipRep'd (assuming "RISSERVER" is your RIS server, and "RIPREP1" is your RipRep'd image);

\\RISSERVER\REMINST\Setup\English\Images\RIPREP1\i386\Templates

will contain the file "riprep.sif", which is your answer file for each separate customizable image
