If computer A is on a network with 3 other computers going to a hub and a router. And A is trying to communicate with computer X on a wan (different network) but can not get a connection to him and the hub light is staying lit, what is the problem between the following:

Computer A is chatting
Computer X is chatting
There is a bad cable between computer a and the hub
there is a bad cable between the router and the hub
