crypto map change

can you make changes to a crypto map config while it is appiled to an interface?
I would not think so as you would probably have to redefine the entire crypto config.

FWIW - My mate changed IPSEC parameters and the tunnel stayed up, only IPSEC was re-negoiated.

One more question, is there any known issues with NAT and crypto maps on a serial sub-interface?
