this might help u if u are going to give exam ccna. this list of show command is important to remember but you also have to remember other show command. these are mandatory to remember.
show cdp neighbors
show cdp neighbors detail
show interface trunk
show mac-address-table
show spanning-tree
show vlan
show vtp status
show run
show ip interface brief

again i tell u these are major once only and other also important. i have not added description. if u want i can add it.
